FOR PROPERTY MANAGERS & CONDO BOARDS
CCAN gives property managers, concierge teams and condo boards greater visibility into courier activity. Before a verified courier arrives, your team can know who is coming, what they are delivering, when they will arrive, where they are authorized to go, why access was approved, and how long they are permitted to remain.
Proximity, resident response and entry are separate statuses.
For every eligible delivery, CCAN can provide the key details in real time.

CCAN also records when the courier arrives, gains access and completes the delivery session.
Your property defines how deliveries work — including unit delivery, lobby delivery, after-hours procedures, elevator use, unattended deliveries and delivery time limits. CCAN communicates those rules to couriers and helps apply them consistently.
Your building sets the policy.
CCAN makes it actionable.
Buildings can establish an expected delivery time. As the limit approaches, CCAN alerts the courier. If more time is needed, the courier can request an extension and provide a reason, giving staff visibility into extended delivery activity.
CCAN is independent of individual delivery platforms. Instead of separate courier-access processes for Uber Eats, DoorDash, Instacart, Skip and others, buildings can use one common courier verification and delivery-management layer.
One building. One courier trust standard.
Multiple delivery
platforms.
Buildings can choose to allow eligible CCAN Verified Couriers to make unit deliveries while other couriers follow the building’s standard lobby procedure. CCAN maintains a record of who entered, why they were there, where they were authorized to go, when access occurred and how long the delivery session lasted.
