How information submitted through this website is handled.
Information you provide
Contact, pilot and building-policy forms collect the details you enter, including your name, email and any optional building or delivery information. Please do not include resident personal information, access codes or other confidential data.
Form delivery
When you submit a form, this website sends your information to Web3Forms, which processes the request and forwards it to the CCAN inbox associated with our form key. CCAN uses your details to respond to your inquiry and review requests. A website confirmation means the submission service accepted the request; it does not prove a staff member has read it.
Verification and third-party services
Forms use hCaptcha for spam protection. Loading and using this verification may share device and network information with the service. This website also loads Poppins from Google Fonts. See Web3Forms privacy information and hCaptcha’s privacy policy for provider details.
Browser storage and email
Our form code does not save your entries in local storage, session storage or a website database. Submitted details are handled by the submission provider and CCAN’s receiving mailbox. Emailing admin or support uses your email service and sends the message directly to that address.
