How website inquiries are handled and how CCAN separates access decisions.
Website forms
Form submissions are sent over HTTPS to Web3Forms and use hCaptcha verification. The browser code validates inputs and shows confirmation only after the submission service reports success. The public form key identifies the receiving inbox; it is not a product credential or permission to access CCAN accounts.
Building authority
A public building-policy request is reviewed before a scoped management invitation. This website does not authenticate building managers or create building permissions.
Separate checks for separate decisions
CCAN’s product approach separates courier verification, property confirmation, explicit resident approval, current building policy, guarded access-information disclosure and staff-recorded entry. A successful step is not proof that another occurred.
Guarded access information
Access information is shown only when the relevant verification, resident response, location and policy conditions hold. This website does not display live building access credentials or automatically open doors.
